Vision
We believe every community can thrive when empowered, connected, and inspired to act together. Our goal is to build vibrant, safe and inclusive neighborhoods where everyone has the opportunity to contribute and grow.
Key Programs
Clean & Green Wilmington
Cleaning, planting and restoring neglected public spaces. In 2024 we planted over 500 trees, collected 2.8 tons of recyclables and converted 3 vacant lots into community gardens.
Empower Delaware
Career readiness and job skills training. In the first half of 2024, 62% of participants secured stable employment after completing our courses.
Community Unity Day (Highlight)
On October 15, 2024, we gathered over 300 residents to clean neighborhoods, renovate community spaces and distribute 1,000 free meals. The event was supported by 5 local businesses.
Impact & Outcomes
Our community-centered approach has delivered measurable results:
- 18% reduction in abandoned neighborhood areas (2024)
- 25% increase in resident satisfaction (2024 survey)
- Over 1,200 residents engaged in events across 2024
